Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Arrow Puzzle (“we”, “us”) is a free browser puzzle game. This policy explains what information the game and this website use, and the choices you have. We designed the game so it works fully without an account and without giving us any personal information.
1. Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, the game saves data in your browser’s local storage: completed levels, stars, best moves and times, your current level, daily challenge history and streak, achievements, and your settings (sound, music, vibration and your consent choice). This data stays on your device. We cannot see it and it is not sent to a server. Clearing your browser data, or using Settings → Reset progress, erases it. Because it is stored locally, progress does not sync between browsers or devices.
2. Analytics (optional)
If you choose “Allow” in the privacy banner (or enable anonymous analytics in Settings), we may use an analytics service such as Google Analytics 4 to understand how the game is used, for example which levels are completed or abandoned, so we can improve difficulty. Events contain only game information such as level number, number of moves and duration. We do not send names, e-mail addresses or other directly identifying information. The analytics provider may set cookies or use similar identifiers and process your IP address in line with its own policy. If you choose “No thanks”, no analytics script is loaded. You can change your choice at any time in Settings.
3. Advertising (optional, future)
We may show ads on non-gameplay pages such as the home page or level list. Ads are never shown during a level. If advertising is enabled, ad scripts load only after you consent. Third-party advertisers, such as Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can learn about and manage personalised advertising through your Google Ads settings or at aboutads.info. Declining consent means no ad scripts are loaded.
4. Information you send us
If you email us at ashishjambukiya007@gmail.com, we receive your email address and message so that we can reply. We keep support correspondence only as long as needed to resolve your request.
5. Server logs
Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested page) for security and operations. We do not use these logs to identify individual players.
6. Children
The game is suitable for a general audience, but it is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since progress data is held only on your device you can delete it yourself. For anything else, contact us and we will respond within the time required by law.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and contains no secrets in client code. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep data collection to a minimum so there is little to protect.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the game evolves. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Significant changes affecting consent will be presented in the game.
